I'd like to comment on the Portege R200 laptop.
I think its a damn good laptop especially the keypads.
It beats even the IBM x60 which my brother is using.
Each time I use his IBM lappie I will think how come IBM (now Lenovo) boasts on its keypads when the Tosh's Portege are even better.

the portege and the tecra series has one of the best quality in materials used in laptops ...
might even surpass the ibm thinkpad

heat up depends on models ... since the m100 and a100 and above series very less heat liao ... cos all come out from the ventilation from the side ... and the toshiba lappies r made thicker for that reason too ...i tried the new xps and the inspirons ... and they all heat up as well ... especially at the arm rest ...
anyway ... for sharing wireless i would recommend a wireless router ... if u share among ur lappies from 1 computer sure very slow ... anyway ... there is an option in ur wireless network setting that allows other pc to share ur wireless connection ...
