I signed my S&P on early Aug but until now still haven't recieve anything from the legal firm...

Did u check with lawyer about the DMC and leasehold expiry date?

Ahem ... I found this > "GAS PIPING - N/A" from Metrogen website -X2 specification.

for those who use gas to cook, you need to bring the gas delivery man to your unit liao.

otherwise have to use induction cooker.

Just collected the duplicate stamping copies of S&P and DMC from X2 Sales Office. My copies is without initial on every pages.. Is this normal, can someone confrm this?

Take a photo from site, can't attach via iphone. How to do it?

But I have a question on the DIBS letter (uploaded into facebook). Is this letter valid? Or can this letter be use as a legal document since it only consists of signature but never mentioned about name or position.

Hi all,

I've two cousins staying in one of the high end condo at PJ, same block but different floor. As you know there is a planned water cut in one/two days ago; yesterday, the one stay at 19th floor complained that her unit don't have water supply, while the other one stay at ground floor got water.

I never stay at condo before, not sure how this problem can occurs. Can some share their view here?

Some said if no power supply, the water supply to condo could be cut too as the system need electricity to pump water to water tanks which usually resides in higher floor.

Is anyone know how's X2 water supply system work?
