nope. ppls from terrace or condo can't enter semi-D area, and vice versa. each area has their own gate and fencing.

condo has their own facilities. and landed ppl need to pay monthly fee to enter the club house. expensive living. lol

i never been to DPC, but i heard the road leading to the development is not that good, is that true?

i got one friend staying in DPC, he told me the road to masuk DPC must b improved. He said inside DPC is nice, outside is not very nice. find one day i must go look look.

so far only 5 townhouses in SH. Developer stopped it. No more. UEM thinks townhouse will damage the overall value of SH. mainly bcoz the value of the townhouse unit is low.

5 blocks. Now only hav Schuman n schbert, link terrace. Only different is the layout. Some schuman units hav 10% discount.

DPC got 2 entrance, 1 from menjalara ( Roundabout from LDP) and another near Bukit Bintang.....
Mainly ppl will use the 1 from Roundabout (LDP)

Maybe your friend means the environment outside DPC not so good due to some old houses area...
