SPS has more chinese followers. Many higher management of UEM bought into SH.

To be fair, I think most Chinese buyers looking for value for money, & lower maintenance fee for own stay.

Eco Glades provides such branding & opportunity, anyway we will love to see more Bumi brothers joining the community.

for semi-D it is around RM600+ per month, and RM200+ for club house (optional). not cheap.

i guess those who stay in SH semi-D need monthly income of at least RM30k. Maintenance is 2% of the income. acceptable.

even if there is bumi quota, you still can resell to non-bumi as long as there is no bumi to buy from you over a period of time and after few advertisements.
