I was planning to buy but at the end did not. Was looking at bungalow at RM2.8mil. If I bought, at least 1mil profit now...

for high rise, only prefer those high end developments. when crisis hit, most of the players in this category will still be safe. rich gets richer.

i know what you meant... but those who fall in this category are already highly leveraged. You can check with your banker on the margin for those who can afford RM700k and below, see what is their available margin now.... car loan already eaten up big portion of the margin...
