They want to keep those "precint" guardhouses in Beethoven, Mozart, etc. But remove main one @ SymphonyHills entrance. I'm totally against this! Why the hell they didn't ask for owners consent before deciding on it?! They have already hiked maintenance fees from estimated 0.15psf to 0.2psf... now they cut security facilities... what's next?!

I'm happy with my unit. No major issues regarding workmanship, mainly just scuff marks and some work stains here and there. Additionally 2 sockets wasn't working and 2 keys couldn't open their respective doors. 

For those who were not satisfied /w food @ Opera House. Good news: they have new chef there and he's changing the menu completely. Yesterday we had meals testing session there. What I can say - THIS WAS FANTASTIC. All the dishes were of perfect quality and taste balance.  Far, far beyond of what you can get in an average restaurant. Not sure yet, how reasonably it will get priced, but I'm sure will patronize them

New menu is not launched yet. For now we have those tasting sessions by invitation. I think they will start serving it (and breakfast as well) in May. Dunno exact date yet.

Just went to symphony hills show room and view both schubert and schumann 2, i'm thinking of buying schubert Type A any advice?

Areca under Setia Haruman ah? Hahaha for own stay so I better goes for either sejati or symphony hills. I only visit sejati and symphony hills as I only want this two area.. For garden residences I worry next time have mrt the traffic will be very congest but very frank garden residence semi d is selling at 1.5 mil for first phrase haha which is much more cheaper. So narrow down only sejati or symphony hills but also dilemma choosing either one 😖
