Good - Maybe it's because your photo size too huge n took longer time. Try to reduce the size n upload?

QUOTE(ummijane @ Aug 28 2014, 08:14 AM)
I have some photos and tried to upload them before but to no avail. I will try again later.

Yes, i am 200% agree with Noblebaby and Soros007. Should gather force for a nice living environment in cyber.

We went to Opera House last weekend n too be honest there is very little choices on food and drinks.
The atmosphere there was so hot and yet many mosquitoes. Service was lousy and extremely quiet too.
Finally an afternoon tea that ended in 20 mins only.
I think we won't continue the club house membership n also eating there anymore.
UEM really needs to look into this.

QUOTE(ftan @ Aug 31 2014, 04:59 PM)
Ok, let me check out the food first personally. If pass, can consider there as I am looking for a nice venue rather than just a noisy restaurant.

Ross - How many expats like you staying there?
you think will SH slowly gather them to form a community like Mont Kiara?

QUOTE(ROSS_Solar @ Sep 8 2014, 10:28 AM)
Okay, gentlemen smile.gif A quick report on Beethoven after living here for 2 months:

Overall experience is really good for now. It's quiet, feels like a resort living. Though there is still undergoing construction nearby, it's not really disturbing or too noisy. Beethoven gardening staff are still working on landscape improvements, slow but steady. Also, I hope they will finalize that water treatment/pond cleaning, cause it's not looking good now, covered with aglae :-/

OperaHouse's gym and pool are good, but cafe has to improve A LOT, choice and quality of food there isn't at the level we expect.

At the moment, there are 9 families living here, and 2-3 houses under renovation, so we expect more people moving in soon.

Shopping @ groceries... Well, for now, there isn't much choice, but to drive to AEON @ Putrajaya or IOI @ Puchong, despite there are lot of small mini-marts/groceries, they don't provide variety of products/food we got used to. Hopefully, D'pulze will start to operate in next couple of months.

Eating out - no problem here, found few nice places to eat /w Middle-east cuisine, Chinese, etc.

Well, basically, that's all smile.gif If you have any questions - don't hesitate to ask

EDIT: Oh, btw, i remember people talkin about lots of mosquitoes there. Not true. It's okay to walk in evening without covered with repellent biggrin.gif But, generally, it'll be a good idea to install mosquito netting on windows/terrace doors

Another 1 more year for SEG to VP, cant wait to move in for own stay.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Sep 9 2014, 09:45 AM)
haha. "Ghost town" is claimed by many forumers in the main Cyberjaya forum thread. You are right, towns like Cheras/Puchong/KLCC/BB are not Ghost Town to them due to massive traffic jam and sardine packed human traffic.  biggrin.gif

Yup, no thanks for me too.    rclxms.gif

So, any good coffee to recommend also?

QUOTE(ROSS_Solar @ Sep 9 2014, 10:04 AM)
I've not checked for western meals yet. Can tell you the best kebabs are in Sultan @ cyberpoint area, though interior is not fancy, but food is great (kebabs quality are on par /w Shisha Lounge @ Solaris MK)
As for lamb/biryani rice -> 1st floor @ Shaftsbury.. named "Diwani" or something like this
Chinese food - liked one @ Shaftsbury 2nd or 3rd floor

When is the VP of Mozart unit?

QUOTE(psthoo @ Sep 30 2014, 10:41 AM)
For those who bought Mozart facing the garden units,  thumbup.gif! It's very unique, beautiful and tastefully done.

Reminds me to a certain extent of certain projects like Desa Park City's Adora. Absolutely lovely.

So how's the occupancy rate in Beethoven since your last update? More than 10units occupied?

quote=ROSS_Solar,Oct 1 2014, 07:50 AM]
Well, can't complain. They patrol territory quite often, helpful when I ask something, majority of them able to speak English. Dunno, what else to say about them smile.gif

I don't think flipper will buy 2mil house to flip.
They are probably buy to keep for long term such as bro noblebaby.

Flippers usually are those have limited bullet and no holding power when economy turns south.

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Oct 2 2014, 09:12 PM)
Flippers almost dead lol
