Equipment : Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Platinum, AiAiAi TMA-1 (Mobo Info: Asus P8P67 Pro)
Requirement :
...... TMA-1 is kinda dark phone. Sometime I want to boost treble a bit to it make brighter and suitable to certain music genre. A bass boost is nice as long as it will not polluted the song.
...... The DAC/Amp is mainly used for my desktop. Currently using X-Fi to drive the can and pretty happy with its output. So, I kinda need a DAC/Amp that capable to perform significantly better than my current X-Fi.
...... Was considering to purchase Xonar Essence STX / X-Fi Titanium HD. But decide to choose this path due to STX has issue with x64bit OS and creative bad driver support past history.
Budget : Less than RM600

Was considering to buy Klipsch S4/S5, it is really good ?

i have no idea how to pick a tube amp now leh.. mainly i concern on the size of it, dun want a big printer size tube amp in my room, make later feel sauna, and also wanting to compliment my Alessandro ms1i and miracle roughly

with a little more budget, i think u can get a fiio d3

below 200 so i said d3

below RM200, perhaps Slevint's t-muso? should be enough for 38ohm headphone

cant go wrong if u try a mcintosh tube amp or manley stingray tube amp lol....

i had the LD MKIV and the TTD v2 has better driving power than the LD MK IV. MKIV is smoother but laidback.

What do you mean? Every portable amp have to be either recharge or change battery. At least they can recharge without taking the battery out is a strong point. I think the recharging can't use part already have been solved. Only the early version have it. Try check with fiio.

Just a few quick questions,the Xonar U1 vs the GoVibe mini DAC,which one would be better?Would a Fiio E10 be much better than those two?

Last question,would the Xonar Essence STX output a much better sound compared to the Fiio E10?[Please ignore everything else about the devices except for sound quality]
