just did Back and Chest for GVT

my Max Rep is 100KG so my 60% is 60KG that is LMAO 1PLATE!111!

no problem with 10x10, so will increase 5% as suggested by the article next week

but chin ups i think i just died

first 4 sets i manage to do 10 reps

and then 5,6,7 7 reps

8,9 and 10 5 reps

i can Bench LMAO2PLATESS!111 ( 100kg ) but i can't squat >110kg

btw bodyweight 58KG and i'm a manlet

can anyone give me advice?

don't get me wrong, i'm interested in Strength Training, and the pecs and shits gotten into my body is just like bonus lol

AlphaProject - Bar = 20kg, so LMAO2PLATESS!111! = 80KG

takut buat deadlifts, btw i am 56kg now (hilang 2kg pasal tak cukup makan ( LOL STUDENT) )

everytime i want to deads more that 105KG, i takut that my back will snap into 5 parts

any advice?
