I did my body composition analysis at a diagnostic center using some kind of machine. I dont know the accuracy of the measurement but according to the report, my PBF is 5.3% and my BMR is 1406kcal

Means the body composition analysis at the so-called renown analysis center is way off accuracy.

Guys, I notice a lot of people usually do abs workout at the end of their session. Does it matter if I do abs workout before I proceed to other parts?

@Razorboy, Yes, I do understand the concept. I dont usually focus on abs workout but rather on lowering the body fat percentage.

I actually do not know what my goal is for now. Used to be heavy last year and I started jogging and lost a lot of weight. Then I started gym 6 months ago and I gain back some weight. Wonder if I should continue bulking or just regular gym + cardio
