I did not require surgery, but I was VERY CLOSE to needing it, I got an injection, some meds, and met some physiotherapist. It did help but it really doesn't go back to 100%, now I'm seeing a chiro for it

my condition was that , the shoulder bones, the connector there, the margin between the bones for whatever reason became really small, hence it was constantly grinding against my shoulder tendon, making it inflamed all the time and the rest was, history

U see, everyone has abs. IT's a matter of dropping the body fat level. And like Aztec say, you start with you core, you gonna disrupt any training you have afterwards that requires a tight core. And besides, even if you don't hit your abs, they will still be visible when your bodyfat are real low

The thing about training in the morning, mentally you'll be alert the whole day, physically, you'll be dragging yourself through the day. I feel like a fat kid dragging around 200lbs, huffing and puffing

Nah, I get that. Just implying I don't like volume training. I get over trained within a week. It's just my body doesn't like it. And I listen to it rather than try so and so training that has worked for so many people.

What I understand from conversing with you the other day is that by messing with you macros on a long term basis, your body has kind of adapted to having a high activity level day and a low activity level day. Carbs remain your primary fuel but since when you don't train( majority days of the week) you go on deficit, your fat is being utilized even more as your fuel. Adaptation of the diet and the revving of the metabolism from the training that runs for hours, and as long as 2 maybe 3 days considering the kind of intensity your training goes by. Apart from that, I've got nothing. Lol
