hi guys. I have one question about deadlifting. What is a proper way to hold the bar, is it both palm facing back, front or alternate?

I always do both palm facing backward. But last i deadlift a big guy said that I should alternate my palm grip when doing deadlift. got any effect when doing alternate grip?

gtoforce, if you want fast active carb, you can use dextrose or maltodextrine. Milk carb is slow acting ..

selamat hari raya from Perlis. No gym open sice last friday. Anyone know any gym open in Perlis. If no, i just going to do cardio and some HIIT. Afraid the hari raya food will accumulate into fat ..... biggrin.gif

nowadays I always feel pain after chest, tricep, bicep and leg workout. Back, shoulder traps dont feel much soreness and this is my weak bodypart. How guys ? Help biggrin.gif

not sure how to squeeze .... i heard that the grip help in building back muscle. Care to explain ..

If been bb for 1 year. Stop for 1 year. Around July 2011 play back with iron. Always feel sore after chest, leg, bicep, tricep workout until now.

thank you for the tips ... I will try for the next back workout ...

anyone know what is sakit "silap bantal masa tidur" in english . I got that last night. Pain in the left traps. I neglect the minor pain and went for back workout. During the v pulldown suddenly I feel sharp pain in the injured area. now the pain become worse. i will feel really pain in nearly every movement. cannot turn head. cannot move much. What happened? any remedy ? can get MC or what .. biggrin.gif

i dont feel anything during the chest and leg workout. Dono about the muscle mind connection. but feel aching at that bodypart after 1 or 2 days. I guess iam doing it right ?

But during back day, hard to feel aching ..... unsure.gif

wow doms from pushup. How many reps and how many exercise for your pushup ?

biggrin.gif sometime, i also can feel doms when I do pushup. I usually do about 12 set of pushup exercises with 12 reps in a really controlled form and motion.

for back, you can go to any garden with pull / chin up bar and do your pull / chin up exercises ...

lol .... too funny. guys, when squatting you cannot put forward your knee more than your toe ? mean you must lean forward more to get balance ? so hard for me
