as you can see i dont have any abs workout, maybe i should start some  whistling.gif,
for the legs, i walk 1 hour everyday(back n forth)
up and down 350+ staircase steps everyday going to class cry.gif.

Guys i just made my so called pre-work-out shake ._. Cause i had no fuel at all at gym even after breakfast ._. i add banana milk yoghurt and some oranges in it. Since i have no supplements what else you guys recommend ? I forgot add nuts in it thou :facepalm:
