I always feel if u go heavy, injury is imminent. Especially on free weights. Not that I'm against it since we will do it anyway. All pro bodybuilder has injuries b4. Just like any other sportsmen. It's a learning process I guess and a rather painful one.

Yea does look weird. Reminds me of old english women who were forced to wear wide upper body dress but with tiny waistline. Perhaps time to build some more oblique muscles?

Speaking of defeating the purpose of training for better health, I have a few gym trainers who smoke too. This is worse I guess.
