what do u mean by the front camera issue? its kinda zoomed in? i've been staying on with froyo for quiet sometime. and btw, fugu doesnt have any rfs right? i prefer rfs somehow, and do u get any wifi@bt probs also with fugu?

i tried H&F, its okay, quiet stable juga lah, but i cannot tahan all those black display when opening dialer or contact tabs. now im back to stock JVP, but then when tango-ing with my family, camera is inverted pula when using speedmod. had to flash galaxian to get the camera working. fugu is kinda complicated for me to flash.

Yep, agree with u. Zero issues with speedmod, with galaxian sometimes the wifi turn on and off by itself. i'm thinking to try JVR, but some debates that its got some modified files from JVQ and one thing i found kinda weird, how come the darkyy rom crew can be associated with samfirmware??

Well, for both your questions, i think if you disable (untick) your mobile network and the data roaming, i think u're good to go. wifi doesnt affect your data plan.

GalnetMIUI is one good rom, have eye-candy looks( kinda iphonish), smooth and stable but no fm radio, choppy 720p video playback. for CM7, the rom is pretty simple and all the bugs from MIUI comes from Cm7 built also, but the big advantages is its lagless compare to any other samsung rom and cm7 have kinda simple like AOSP looks.

yep, and the recording too also in 720p is not good as in stock samsung rom. what rom u're now on? but if cm7 or miui team will ever iron those bugs out, i'm never ever gonna turn my back to samsung rom anymore.

before this, i thought samfirmware is kinda fully associated with samsung, like whenever samsung release either leaked or official firmware, they will give to samfirmware first. but then, when i know darkyy crew have connections with them, haihh how disappointed i am.

oh ya, anyone here on darkyy's rom? i ditched his rom for quiet a loong time already. and seems like he got a lots of fanboys out there to worship his rom somehow. sigh

i'm sort of helping a friend moving to his new place at that time, and i put my phone in the back of my pocket. i just realize it after i got back home, then tengok at the screen, the screen protector kinda a little bit torn up, when i look carefully, got some hairline scratches alreadyy.

edit : is it dangerous to have pirate apps in our phone? i kinda have a few.

bear in mind, latest miui or cm7 do not use any speedmod built, must use a specific kernel built for both. seems like its kinda soft brick, but no worries. as long as you can enter download mode, flash back to stock gingerbread or froyo rom then it'll be okay.

i dunno either, the only i know if you flash other kernel besides miui/cm7 specific kernel one, you'll end in bootloop or probably soft brick maybe. hrmm isn't miui is suppose pre-rooted already? did u see superuser apps there? if not, you have to download it from the market along with busybox.
