I'd say any file system with journaling, including ext3, ext4. if you don't mind corrupting your data by pulling out the battery, then ext2 and rfs will be fast because of the absence of journaling, thus less overhead.

+mendoksei, always read first page. there's a suggestion on what kernel to be used for CM7 and miui. samsung kernels are incompatible with it.

2. flash custom kernel like cf-root to get cwm
3. put custom rom zip file into sdcard
4. go to recovery mode to get into cwm, and flash the zip file.

google disallows sns sync contact with facebook. probably with twitter too. cm7 inherits this deficiency since it is based on aosp.

of course we can join contacts. in fact, it is easier if we use go SMS or using the browser (and go to gmail.com for contacts page) to join the contacts than using the phone.

it is just the fb and twitter sync that can't be done. have to download the official app to do so.

try using moboplayer. for converter, I use winff.

I agree. I just use opera mobile browser to browse fb instead of the official fb app which I find lacking.
