Hi all.

Currently I just finished my Chemical Engineering at our nottingham uni. And I am applicable to take MEng. And I am under scholarships.

But I didnt know which one is better, MEng or MSc. The reason here I ask is because I am under scholarship and I didnt know whether my Scholar will support my tutition fees for MSc but my scholarship agreement stated that I can pursue for MEng. And I also didnt know which one is better. I planned to take PhD all the way after my master if I manage to score well.

So any suggestion should I take MEng or MSc for future?

I need some opinion here. Thanks

i didnt finished my BEng yet. I just finished my 2nd year. but we all know we need to decide to take MEng or only BEng during early of third year.

So I havnt decide yet which one should I take or which one is better for me and for my time biggrin.gif hehe

Lol you said you just finished your chemical engineering rclxub.gif

If u plan to do PhD and is confident your results can maintain 2nd upper after final year, then I can only suggest take BEng since you can go straight into PhD after that

Afterall this is your path, you should decide for yourself ultimately

I just received my unconditional offer to study Chem with Environmental Engineering.I want to know how to make payment for the first year.I have the High Achievers Scholarship which gives 25% discount but I dont know the exact amount to pay. Will they send me a letter or something?Do i pay on registration day?

Also, about the exemption of compulsory subjects, can I just photostat the certs and hand it over?

they will send u an offer letter, there would be stated the amount of fees for the entire year

as for the compulsory subs, thk u need to fill up an exemption form or somethg as soon as the academic year starts
