just for your information..... an ID company told me to ID up a place would rougly cost around RM200~RM250psf.... that is excluding furnishing and appliance.... everything else will be provided....

Don't get frighten just from one person giving his quote .... my jaw just dropped..... Try getting a few more quotes. Then you will have a better feel.
