also maybe u can give the location...
how about providing a budget to work with as well....

just for your information..... an ID company told me to ID up a place would rougly cost around RM200~RM250psf.... that is excluding furnishing and appliance.... everything else will be provided.... biggrin.gif.... my jaw just dropped.....
