If I remember correctly, the interest rate of Maybank2u Savers (for the deposit amount of RM 2,000 to RM 50,000) is as follows, along with the OPR for comparison.
Before July 2016: OPR, 3.25%
Interest rate of Maybank2u Savers: 2.25%
July 2016 to December 2017: OPR, 3.00% (decrease of 0.25%)
Interest rate of Maybank2u Savers: 2.00% (decrease of 0.25%)
January 2018 to April 2019: OPR, 3.25% (increase of 0.25%)
Interest rate of Maybank2u Savers: 2.00% (unchanged,

)
May 2019: OPR, 3.00% (decrease of 0.25%)
Interest rate of Maybank2u Savers: 1.80% (decrease of 0.2%)
Sigh, when OPR was increased to 3.25% on January 2018, the interest rate of Maybank2u Savers should have been increased to 2.25%.
As such, when OPR was decreased to 3.00% on January 2018, the interest rate of Maybank2u Savers should have been 2.05%.
We, as banking customers, tend to be on the losing side.
