anyway, i heard alot of people are mentioning about Leopold are actually made by Datacomp, Yes, i have to agree that Current Tenkeyless Model are made by Datacomp, but not Fullsize keyboard, not the same manufacturer.

Btw, squarebox bro, i did read somewhere that you mention your FC500 keyboard only can attain 6KRO under USB, which i think impossible, because i did tried with all my sample as well as new keyboard to ensure it is 18KRO above. Do you need any kind of help?
*
Agree. I did try use to press 10 keys at once and it is work(10 fingers tongue.gif )

Don't think Leopolds will cost RM345 anymore in the 2nd and 3rd batches (if Cyclone exclusively distributes to retail shops) though....
*
So grab it as fast as possible. smile.gif

When I visit funan, the price listed for peripheral is rather slightly expensive than Malaysia counterpart, I think mainly due to the 7% GST.

Oh ya, the Leopald doesn't work with MACs

My WPM dropped a lot with the red switch > <
*
Haha, im quite ok with red switch.

Think my vote goes to leopold since it has the same quality as Filco, or go for Ducky if you want 1 to 1 exchange for DOA.
*
Get ducky before of DOA exchange? Lol that weird isn't it?
Maybe 18 months warranty is the point

Tried filco majestouch 2 blue switches and razer black widow, both side by side. both of them are using same switch but i do feel filco is more solid while razer feels somewhat flimsy and the clicky sound also differs. was it just my imagination or there are some real logic cause?
*
Inconsistent clicky sound in razer bw is always happened.

Seriously, i think should stop beating around the bush. After all I really don't know any brands available or what they do for mechanical keyboard. My budget is Rm250~400. What kind of mechanical keyboard that I should get? Recommend it for me.

I have been stuck using a crappy and cheap keyboard for 10 years. So, I don't really care about the keyboard top performance or anything. Or rather, I am clueless or ignorance about it.

The reason why I want to get mechanical keyboard is because I like the clicky sound. I am a real-time gamer. I do play games, but definitely not a hardcore one. I usually spend at 50% of my free time surfing Internet and forum. But of course, I would prefer if I can get the mechanical keyboard for Rm300 or lesser.
*
Clicky sound. Cherry MX blue switch is suit your need.
Current Local market
Razer BlackWidow
Ducky DK 1008
Filco blue switch ( not sure with model they have)
Leopold

Other:
Noppoo Choc Blue ( Im selling one tongue.gif)

Thanks for your information. There is some typos in my previous post. I am NOT a real gamer.

So, how much does these keyboards cost? Is these keyboard available in Lowyat plaza? I am asking this because I will ask my friends to buy it for me as I am not from KL.
*
Probably you can find Filco and Ducky in Lowyat plaza C-zone

Leopold please refer cyclonechuah. He is local distro of leopold now.

Razer Blackwidow. Probably you can find easily in any razer resellers shop.

Just wondering,

do you guys prefer full size keyboards or tenkeyless versions?
*
I had tried using tenkeyless. Unfortunately, after using tenkeyless, i found that the key number pad is important to me lol... so i choice full size

yea, the description there says it's somewhat a hybrid between mechanical & capacitive?

"Noppoo白轴电容" = Noppoo clear switch capacitive?
*
Most of them said that clear switch was like the same feel as membrane tongue.gif not sure how is it since it is the cheapest in Noppoo i guess?
