Ok how about Burberry London vs Armani Code? Which would u pick for daily perfume?

Or personally, what do u use for everyday use?

It is hard for us to recommend when you have not stated your preference.

For hot weather outdoorsy category, try Issey Miyake L'eau D'Issey for citrus fresh, or Lacoste Essential for green fresh or Bvlgari Aqva for aquatic freshness.

For cooler weather you have tons of choices, La Nuit, A*Men, DHI, Le Male, 1 Million.

For me I usually stick to 2-3 sprays. It is subtle and people only detect when they are close tome. Anything more then I start to get unfavourable comments from colleagues.

My preference? Maybe more towards citrus/aquatic and not too manly or those that smell too generic.

I don't find Bvlgari Aqva and Leau d Issey very nice to be honest..I prefer Armani Code even though I don't know if this is a hot weather outdoorsy perfume

If I can stay indoors or under aircon for longer time, I would choose La Nuit. But I don't smile.gif Or maybe I think I would buy Burberry London

2-3 sprays, where do u spray?

You say u are more to citrus/aquatic but none of your picks reflects that LOL. Seems like you like dark fragrances more. I would recommend to check out another dark designer, F by Ferragamo Black by Salvatore Ferragamo.

It is recommemded that you spray it at your pulse points e.g neck, wrist, inner elbow. Some even spray at hair, chest, underarm.

I am the minority here, certain frag I spray on my neck and elbow, but most of the time I spray on my clothes as it lasts longer plus I don't like the idea of syntetic materials in these frag seeping into my skin too much.

I don't know, if I say in general, I like citrus/aquatic smells. But I'm not knowledgeable in perfumes, and so I pick what smells nice and have good reviews on the internet. So far La Nuit and Amani Code definitely fits that bill. And I want a perfume that is suitable for youths(young adult age, not mature age) and maybe for sports too, because I go outdoors a lot and sweat buckets. So basically I want a perfume that's more suitable for youths not mature men, a perfume that can make me still smell good after sweating outdoors and a perfume that doesn't give headaches to me or others when under hot sun, but must also be good for indoors/aircon. Everyone here, do give more suggestions smile.gif

And damn right with ur sentence in bold man, that's what I think too. Chemicals in the perfumes...not sure if safe for long-term. But when u spray, u would inhale the particles too anyway. What is ur opinion on that? And I thought u perfume lovers never spray on clothes because it is not the same or something like that

Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blance - Smooth Vanilla Lemon, bit on feminine side, but for me it smell close to lemongrass
Sean John's Unforgivable - Moet smell smile.gif girls love it...
Cartier Roadster - Vanilla Mint and herbal drydown

I had wanted a perfume just to get the chicks. But I figure that it's better to be natural, don't mask our pheromones with chemical scents. If u think that perfumes can attract some girls, it can also turn off some girls who are allergic to it. So why not give all girls a level playing field? Just don't spray anything. No one's going to be allergic to natural smells. Just take good care of oral hygiene, bath twice a day, wear fresh clothes, look decent, and we would be attractive. Another important thing is confidence. And it's not necessary that men get confidence just from the perfume they are wearing. Confidence can also come from deep within ourselves or the knowledge that we are able to do something.

That's my conclusion. So basically, I'm not going to wear anything already. Save me the trouble of picking the right scent. Plus going natural won't give anyone headaches or turn off anybody who might be allergic to it. Like I said, give all girls a neutral smell biggrin.gif

Haha ... in this thread, we all wear perfume because we appreciate the art, not because we want to impress girls.

But if you want to use it to impress girls, you can't go wrong with safe scents that are not too overpowering or intense and going easy on the trigger. That way you won't offend the sensitive noses.

But I think there are girls who don't like any perfume at all or prefer natural/no smell. And what if they are hot? You end up turning them away tongue.gif

if you are saying what if some hot girls dislike you for what perfume you are wearing, then do you bring a few different clothes around to wherever you go to??cause those hot chicks might not like what you are wearing on your body as well,or do you go around naked, going natural all the way?if a girl doesnt like you,no matter what you wear or dont wear, they will still dislike you,so why not smell nice for your own pleasure and to hell with those chicks?will you reject a hotchick that you like but she wears a scent that you hated?and one more tips for you, fragrance is a very good and easy opener to chat with chicks.i have not met any girls that say 'hey, your sweat smells nice" before, its always "what perfume you wearing"

Well i do agree... putting up a nice, seductive scent wont get you a chick, but it does give u an extra edge charming, that extra boost... Goggle abit, a true gentleman do smell nice btw

Girls wont reject any scent and stay neutral as long it is not overpowering... When i first started dating my gf, i use polo romance silver on our first date, she told me i smell damn nice, please wear it everytime u see me lol biggrin.gif

I was here to ask what perfume to wear, then I change my mind. laugh.gif

I don't see why hot chicks might not like what you are wearing. I mean, what can they not like in certain clothes? That's pretty shallow. And clothes is a different thing compare to perfume. Let's not compare.

I don't find pleasure in smelling nice. I prefer using nothing at all.

So u are saying that u have met a lot of chicks that ask u what perfume u are wearing?

Since when wearing perfume's main objective is to attract women? I get more luck without an underwear.

Yea I changed my mind about wearing perfumes. But if I start a thread about guys with natural smell, there won't be anything to talk about. Natural smell means not putting anything at all. So what is there to talk about? Nothing laugh.gif

Oh yea I've actually been to BaseNotes to read two threads, one in Male Frag, one in Female frag section..with the title of 'which perfume gets u the most compliment' and 'which perfume do girls like the most. It was an interesting read, although there were so many pages, so I just read the first and the last page laugh.gif

I was trying to see which is the perfume that can get the most chicks too like them, but then I gave up la..different perfume attracts different girls..so I thought I might as well go natural. laugh.gif
