When DiGi offer iPlan for iPhone 4S, do you think we can upgrade our iPhone 4 to iPhone 4S?

Last time iPhone 3GS user can upgrade their phone to iPhone 4 ah? with certain fee?

I waited 2 months for my replacement unit. Went to Solaris. When I put my name on the waiting list, the CS told me that the waiting period is 7-8 weeks. After 8 weeks, still no call, so I walked in again. Put a sad sour face, immediately the CS gave me a replacement unit and apologised for the delay. I guess if I am to walk in earlier, probably no need to wait for 2 months.

Btw the CS didn't even check my name on the waiting list. He told me to complain to Apple for the delay, which I did. Few days later, I received a survey form on the customer satisfaction from Apple. Submitted the survey and never hear from Apple again.

Another friend walked in to Solaris too for replacement. She got it within 2 weeks, as she walked in to the centre every other day and asked about her status. Maybe the staff 'muak' to see her face, so gave her the replacement within 2 weeks.

So, it depends on your luck!

My iphone's volume button is having a problem.. need to press at certain angle and sometimes need to press harder in order to decrease the volume... i just bought this iphone on last 27 Oct 11 during the promotion ( i43 per month at Sg Wang) ...

Anyone having the same problem as mine?

Ur set is still in warranty, then i suggest you juz claim the warranty from Digi as soon as possible ..

the phone is after discount, rm1990, but the money you save is from the monthly plan, previously RM88, now maybe rm43.

you look at the upfront payment for the phone, thats the actual price of the phone. The rest is just the plan's monthly payment.

the actual discount is stated, Deduct RM200 from RRP(rm2190 for 16gb) .
