Hi guys,I am going to buy Iphone 4s white 16gb...where can I get it in Sunway pyramid which got still stock ? Is there anything I should know before buying ?

Digi Melaka Centre still have about 40 unit. no white for 16&32gb

so it's not advisable to purchase the iphone online..u will get heartache with the delivery..

i just got the number at 7pm after screwing a few customer service guys..they told me that no one else faced such problem..but unfortunately GDex closes at 7pm so i cant arrange for pick up at the HQ (near my place) yet..will try tomorrow morning.

So i tracked on GDex website with the consignment no. given..stated that it's bound for delivery at 9.18am..so i dont know what went wrong that they never called up or deliver anything..maybe because digi never release the consignment number to GDex..so GDex cannot deliver it to me (this is wat the cust service guy told me)...whatever..as a matter of fact,i dun get it on the delivery date itself!

lol same like me...2day should deliver to me...my 4s....23rd is the delivery date stated at digi when purchase online....i call digi customer service...then the guy giv me gdex num...then i call...the fella at gdex say if 2day 6pm cant get....2morow sure be4 11.30am can get..... and i still havent get....hopefully can get 2morow





lol..i just receive gdex call...personally send to my house after tis and i dint complain or do anything like marah2....maybe i lucky hehe....2night can test drive

Wanted to change my current iDiGi plan - just needed to pay a slightly lower penalty fee compared to terminating my line for a higher price.

I know it is not DiGi's fault about the iPhone delivery but I think they should be made aware of the service provided by their logistics partner.
Of course DiGi might say - it's not my fault, it's a GDEx problem.

Anyway got my phone and easy set up and installation.

I got no problem with Gedex..Delivered to me early in the morning although there's no consignment note provided for me to track..haha

yup..u're lucky as u got the consignment no. earlier..i was asking for it the whole day but they didnt have it..i only got it as soon as GDex closed...too late to contact GDex already
but tomorrow morning i will call them and pick up at the HQ myself..i dont trust digi nor Gdex anymore.

Anyone can help me for the *128# issue?
