GDex is incompetent or digi??or both??

23-Dec..yet to get it...called GDex.they said they need the consignment number to trace...duh

"good" job digi...yet to deliver the phone to me...

so it's not advisable to purchase the iphone online..u will get heartache with the delivery..

i just got the number at 7pm after screwing a few customer service guys..they told me that no one else faced such problem..but unfortunately GDex closes at 7pm so i cant arrange for pick up at the HQ (near my place) yet..will try tomorrow morning.

So i tracked on GDex website with the consignment no. given..stated that it's bound for delivery at 9.18am..so i dont know what went wrong that they never called up or deliver anything..maybe because digi never release the consignment number to GDex..so GDex cannot deliver it to me (this is wat the cust service guy told me)...whatever..as a matter of fact,i dun get it on the delivery date itself!

yup..u're lucky as u got the consignment no. earlier..i was asking for it the whole day but they didnt have it..i only got it as soon as GDex closed...too late to contact GDex already
but tomorrow morning i will call them and pick up at the HQ myself..i dont trust digi nor Gdex anymore.

wow..quite lucky for u..can get it within 3 days..once the consignment number is out, the delivery shouldnt be a problem.

mine waited for 10 days as i pre-ordered it before the official launch (delay probably due to festive season also...plus they never sent it to me on the exact date!!)
