I recently ordered the Digi iPhone 4s 16G white online.
My experience of getting the phone was hassleful.
I think GDEx needs to change their management system.
Here's what happen: -
I am based in KK.
I constantly looked at the Digi "check here" for the latest update of your phone.
My phone was supposed to arrive at my delivery address on the 21st of Dec.
A day before the delivery date, I called KL branch GDEx to ask them about my status. The first two person from the GDEx call centers were helpful and they got back to me but all asking the same question: - name, transaction no and mobile no.
After the third person promised to call back, nothing happen.
On the day of the delivery, I called the KK branch but they couldn't trace the package without the Consignment No...so I called KL but they didn't get back to me after promising me as well. So i waited. On the 22nd night, DiGi updated their "check here" website and the consignment no was published.
Today, 23rd, I called GDEx branch KK and asked them about my parcel's status. One of them mentioned, it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but somehow the delivery didn't get through (Hello...call yourself a delivery service?). So i told them can i come to pick it up...ok passed the three required details and we will call you back SOP. No call back...after an hour, called back and ask "hello? can i come pick the parcel up?" Again ask the same three questions and we will call you back SOP...i told them no need, i hold the line and you go check. Not more than 3 minutes the lady say - can come collect your parcel...
So i went to collect my parcel, turns out the parcel was in KK since 20th but no action taken and still in the front office and not at the back of the distributing bay. Bengang.
So who should i complain to? GDEx and Digi? GDEx for their super slow service and DiGi for selecting the wrong logistics partner.
Send your feedback to DIGI and GDEx. if no reasonable answer provided by GDEx, complaint against them..
