Only when customers happy, the relationship will be good.
If we are not happy, how the relationship can be good??

I agree, most of us having Maybankard 2 Cards are happy with Maybank and because of this we are willing to recommend the MBB 2 Cards to our friends.

Unfortunately most local banks don't think that way. Such marketing talk only exist if their CEO or somebody important from the bank appears on TV.
The reality is that it all boils down to who are their priority customers.
To add to above:
I guess it also boils down to who is heading the CS department and their staff level of training. Maybank CS has improved tremendously after taking over AMEX's operation. CIMB also has benefited from taking over Southern Bank where their DA CS were very well trained and this has been passed on to CIMB staff.
As for UOB, I do find their CS in general satisfactory. Maybe got 1 or 2 occasions I am not happy with them, but then again it can be expected since my CC relationship with them goes back more than a decade.
However, I would like to say that if one is not satisfied with a particular service, there are avenues to make complains, but more importantly is that your complain is addressed to the right person. Take for example a member was rudely attended to at Maybankard 1U centre and he made a complain to the right person and the manager at 1U had to apologize to him. I myself have been dissatisfied on many occasions with CS representative or branch's staff over the years (disappointed with a bank manager too because of bank's policy/SOP), but liasing/corresponding with the right person (you need to go do homework to determine who to talk to and how to contact the person) will lead to a satisfactory conclusion. But I can tell you this, you be nice and polite to the banks tellers, and they will be nice to you too
Making complains here in this forum (go read HLB thread), would not solve anything.
