If your current TV supports DVB-T2, just go to the digital tuning settings section and run auto tuning to receive the digital broadcast. Else you can purchase the box from electrical shops (the ones selling official box can be found in a list at mytv/myFreeview website) or change to a new TV that supports DVB-T2.

Cheap rabbit ears doesn't work for me. In the end I made my own small folded-dipole and it worked. However, outdoor antenna is recommended. I have two set ups, one with indoor and one with outdoor.
