Any good indoor antenna? For a first floor apartment... no access to roof to install outdoor antenna...

No wall socket... very old apartment (from 70s~)

you don't get full channels with indoor antenna, i've try that, only 3-4 channels show up when i try to scan for it, you need an outdoor roof UHF antenna.

Sold the V8 Pro off    and buy V7 Plus  .

Tried higher but only got tv1, tv2, Okey TV and hd sports. Wtf no ntv7 and tv8. Like dat pasang astro njoi saja no need so troublesome adjust the antenna. Me based in Kuching.

Only Chinasat 6B for now. Satellite rotating motor sudah rosak.

Waiting for 8TV to be HD on myfreeview.

I installed Yuri actuator myself and now can watch many many channels 😉

Tried manual search key in frequency for gunung Serapi no luck getting ntv7 or 8tv. Only got tv1, tv2, HD sports rtm, radio, BES only. Shitty channel. Any solutions to this sifu kopitiam? Change to astro njoi, get new TV with built in dvbt2 or try other antenna?

Mean I shall adjust it higher again?

Already adjusted to point the transmission tower at Serapi. I use the transmission locator app to align the antenna. Where you buy that Yagi in Kuching?

Woah time is running out.

I bought some aluminium tube to construct diy uhf antenna and also bought booster.

However if still can't get proper signal guess my last salvation is to get S2 decoder. Does mytv DTH can be received with Gtmedia v7 plus  + standard Astro dish?

Just wanna make sure before order, before the price soars. Who knows.

The tower is on the opposite side of my house. Lazy to climb up to the rooftop to install mast and antenna. End up just put it at the car porch with cloth hanger, despite 180° opposite direction. (Tried rotating 180° and it seems to make no difference)
On my china tvbox, 80% strength at 698MHz. On Hisense TV, 50%. Silky smooth though.

You need to buy T2 decoder either MYTV original or other brands. MCMC certified or not, it's up to you (Any difference? 😑). Check your nearest transmission tower to decide which type of antenna to use and the right direction to receive good signal. As I told by some experts, booster is only for increasing signal strength not quality, so it's only needed for location far away from transmission tower.

sad to say til date im still unable to detect digital signal at my condo using the condo antenna..

im located in Tmn Melawati KL..

can detect analogue channel but not digital, maybe because im located too far from the nearest broadcast tower?

Im using roof aerial, analogue signal can get but no dtv signal can be received... Need to change antenna?

IDTV built in, using indoor rabbit ear antenna (no amplifier). ordered the flat stick to window dtv antenna (with amplifier) not arrive yet...

Astro should also start airing Go Shop Mandarin (Chinese) and Go Shop Tamil (Indian) channels on MYTV Myfreeview platform too then they can get more sales from Chinese and Indian customers too as I know a lot of Chinese and Indians do watch MYTV Myfreeview too.

I think it is a matter of time. I think they wanna "test it out" the Malay version on myFreeview platform first, where Malay viewers are generally has more potential to get more viewers and buyers first.
If they see it performing well, then they might provide the Mandarin version onto MYTV platform at a later date. And also Tamil version for both Astro and myFreeview platform whenever they find it is a good time to do so.

The building condo management does come by bring their own TV, plug in and immediately can get the signal. Had read through LG manual. Sadly..My TV is DVB-T only. Not T2.
