First to lose 1 kg of BF% we need how many calorie to burn it off ? Answer please

Second, what will be the appropriate or safe weight to lose within a week if they still wish to maintain the muscle mass? Answer please

Third, at what BF% is consider lean and the abs could be visible? Subjective but please answer to help others

If all of the question can be answer, You will find what can be the reason to achieve those lean abs.

i've gone through 3 weeks of diet+cardio+workout, and it really shows the result (i'm not saying that i have 6 packs, but i lost my tummy a little). u just need to keep on the routine and be strict on your diet. smile.gif

Practically u just need to do more CARDIO and EAT HEALTHY and of coz the basic ABS exercise DAILY!~ Depends how FAT r u la..but for me weighing around 60kg before i started GYM, i manage to get pretty lean 6packs by 6 months smile.gif but visible ABS structure by 3-4months period~ but other body parts still have to BULK up still doh.gif

2-3 times aweek enough

try the ab ripper x from p90x. abit hard at first but gets extremely easy and gets the best foundation for abs(since it trains obliges and v cut too)
