Hi Guys,

Just Getting Some Opinion From all of you ! thank in advance !

If I Were To Do 3 time a week

1.) 100 Times of Crunches

Rest 5 min

2.) 100 Time Of Leg Raises

Rest 5 min

3.) 100 Time of bend knee side raises

my diet will be

Breakfast,
3 Scoop of Oats

lunch

Rice 2 vege & 1 meat
or
rice with 1 vege 1 meat

Teatime
3 Scoop Of Oats

Dinner
Rice 2 vege & 1 meat
or
rice with 1 vege 1 meat

Will this work ? will i lose my belly fat/beer belly ? i dont need to lose my weight just wanna lose my belly fat !

hope someone will give me some good advise !

ohh cardio, if that the case i will take the alternate day to go jogging for 20 - 30 min will it be better ?

You get your abs in the kitchen, not 300 reps of abs exercise.

Cardio and weight training, and eat smaller, more frequent meals.

simplify, Go on a diet, calculate how much calorie intake you have to take. Then eat healthy food such as pasta, beef, chicken breast, protien shake.

and, doing 100 seat ups wont help you if you dont diet.
