Initial Walkabout Research

Below is what I gathered from my random discussion with various suppliers.
Some information are deducted and some are information provided by the bosses. 

1. Windows (Glass and Aluminum)

1. Windows are made up of suppliers that convert aluminum extruded shaft and glass panes to form in to Windows.

2. The main point to look out for is :-

a) The thickness of the aluminum shaft. (0.9mm - 1.4mm) maybe more thickness available.
    The thicker the sturdier but no need to go overboard. The bigger the windows, need thicker thus stronger aluminum shaft.

b) The thickness and the types of the glass panes. Regular,Laminated, Tempered, Frosted, Colored

c) The types of lock, standard twist lock or concealed types (this needs thicker aluminum shaft 1.2mm above) that is more expensive.

d) There is standard hinge (The ones with the bars shaft thinge on the bottom of the windows limiting the cascade windows swing out degrees or the loose swings type (dunno much about this only pricier and need thicker aluminum.

e) Types of windows, cascade, slide, toilet cascade swing up type and fixed panes.

f) Coating on the aluminum.(color types)

I zeroed 1.2mm aluminum, Dark Green Glass, Regular 5mm Dark Green Glass, standard twist lock, standard hinge, Multiple types of windows and powder coated.

The price I got ranged from RM 25 - RM 26 - RM 35 for cascade windows.
