Plywood door with decorative screen.
The 2nd most economical wood door after plain plywood door.
Many design for the skin. This was the most basic design. wink.gif

Your 'decorative screen' as in Maica laminate?

I have a suggestion:

It's difficult to have a straight edge between the frame (metal) and wall (plaster) especially when both are flushed.
I would be nice if you have a 'border' around the frame - timber architrave. paint it white also. It will look 'sharp' then.

that mainly if is WC, but for Kitchen sink output, I didn't see they will install....they only put the pipe above it else they will need to make a deep hole for the "U".
*
They will guide the drain output to the floor trap. That is what in my house. I have a floor trap in my wet kitchen.

My kicthen sink drain pipe also don't have trap bottle. Straight down to manhole. Over 14yrs no problem. Because the kicthen sink have a filter trap the large waste and I throw it after finish wash.

But all toliet have the trap bottle.

Straight to manhole...no shxt smell and cockroach kahhhhhhhhh

If its real solid wood and not plywood with decorative skin then price must be damm high.
Most of the solid wooden doors are made up of smaller pieces of wood block attached together.
That is where you get the panels design.
If you say your design is same as my white plywood door but real solid wood, the wood block must be 1 piece full door size or near to it. Damm premium lor... blink.gif

Like I say, if there is already having floor trap, bottle trap is not crucial.

Renovation Updates:-

Louvre Doors installation:-

Part 3 - Louvre Door (Doors with vent Panels)

Suitable for enclosed rooms without any windows. e.g. store rooms
This door needs to be installed to open on the other side as my door frame was installed to open in when I needed it to open out.

Installing the hinges on the door first

Only then attaching the hinge on the frame .

End result.

Sorry. The manhole is outside of the kitchen. The drain hole flow to kitchen floor main drain hole. Than direct to manhole.
