QUOTE(weikee @ Nov 8 2011, 07:13 PM) Not at all. At totally different corner. Just that the location of the rear door faces the sewage tank directly which in turn directly face the rear room window. Added on November 9, 2011, 7:01 pm QUOTE(kelvyn @ Nov 8 2011, 08:19 PM) Fung shui master did not mention this area. The location of the rear door was my "brilliant" idea I thought it will provide easy access to my sewage tank in case indah water wants to do major maintenance. Now someone told me that the indah water pipe can bend one so no need door to be directly in line with sewage tank. This post has been edited by phoenix69: Nov 9 2011, 07:01 PM |

QUOTE(kelvyn @ Jul 22 2011, 09:17 PM) If the soil condition below your footing is soft and not able to take the load from the structure above, then one of the way is to use piling. The type of piling (material) required will depends on the load and also the soil type. The material for piling can be timber, RC, steel, etc. which piling is the strongest? RC or steel? In most cases, the loads from a house extension are not too heavy that requires piling, unless the soil is very soft or the footing is situated close to a slope, etc. First option is to try enlarging the footing's size instead of using piling as it will be much cheaper the piling. Only when this does not work, then only piling comes in. As piling is more expensive. Bakau trees are found in mangrove swamps wetlands. These can be use as piles to support light loads. As Bakau trees are found in mangrove swamps, they should only be used in water logged soil. If you try to place Bakau into dry soil, the material will deteriorate in no time; thus defeat it purpose. |

Than on Fun Sui is not straight line, because straight line meant from your Main Door / go through Living Hall / Dinner and KC and out from back door. it is BAD.That is why I said the window from the back room faces the rear door, not the walkway. - I was describing the position from the inside, - from the rear outside looking in Jo_da48 description will also be right Or even more simple description is stand at your main door, you should not see your backdoor (straight line). But I maybe wrong ...Phoenix, who advide you change the door position? and your contractor is chinese rights? what he said about that? Also, how long is your Concrete kitchen table? Is the leg only on each side? is that strong enoght? This post has been edited by Jo_da48: Nov 12 2011, 01:01 AM |
