Suddenly notice my download speed drop a few moments ago.

Now some international websites are hard to load. Something wrong with tmnet again?

speedtest to local server just give me 0.48mbps. 4mbps package here

why recently i my tmnut kept dc-ing. like 4-6 times an hour??? is the wifi router bad? or is it tm punya problem?? been going for 2 weeks already!

i called 100, told them that my dsl line still 2048, only have 2m speed with 4m account, why they keep asking me to call billing department ???

isnt this technical problem??? not technical support in charges?

My godness, since i study at KL, my mother just downgrade my home internet to 256kbps because only my sis are using.
So, i wanna ask, what is the price for 512kbps, or even 1mbps monthly subscription fees..? Using this 256kbps internet speed really is killing me.. Have to know the price first, then only consider on upgrading it back..

streamyx are forcing their customers to change to unifi by giving the super lags issue.

But most of the area don have unifi leh

but I told them again, why call billing department,just upgraded not so long, obviously not asking for rebate, I'm having 2mbps speed because my modem shows my dsl line is still at 2m, I need them to do something about it, , in the end she asked me to call the technician which do my upgrades,I got the no. but I still couldn't get to the technician

The installer should give you his contact number just call him back.

got called him on sunday for this issue, until now still no phone calls from him, nothing

will see tml got call from him or not, if not, I'll call again then

Is Streamyx throttling the bandwidth for torrent?

I'm experiencing the speed of my transmission torrent is slowing down since yesterday.

I hate tm Customer Service, What i report is not what i actually report,screw u tm
