Guys, I suspected my throttle link got stuck. I was driving about 30 kmh and the rev stayed high at 3k rpm. I had no choice but turn off the engine. Restarted the car, rpm went to 6k. Got shocked, and off the engine again. Press the throttle few times, restart car again. Was fine this time. Then managed to reach home. Just about to park the car, the engine shaking like no body business, and died. Tried to restart engine, this time took longer to start. I opened bonnet, and try to pull the throttle wire it doesn't seem to be stuck, but then the engine had some kind of knocking sound. And when I released throttle wire, the engine had serious lag response. Anyone experienced this before? Engine oil is 80% full. The iswara is 1999 version, 1.5 a/t.

last time i qoute denso oem cooper for saga 280
urs should be copper rite
copper can weld back given the leak is not to big

OMG EMERGENCY...

i just switch on my engine and a 'pop' sound happened then whole car go crazy...no headlamp no light..and all the indicator just went crazy and alarm goes off cannot silent cannot stop it...i need to unplug my battery...HELP..can't even start my car now...just now leave it there with battery unplugged

better den most readily available radiator in the market... its far thicker than oem radiator, able to hold higher capacity of water and improved heat exchange....

should be fuel supply problem... carburetor or fuel injection??...

how u know his car efi??...

check if ur battery still strong or not (use multimeter laa)... suspect short circuited somewhere, causing the battery to drain off... check if there is any exposed wiring around ur car.... especially tampered oem wiring, they expose easily due to bad workmanship...

Jasma Aluminium Radiator for Saga Iswara

I don't know if mine is copper but there is a 20 sen rust spot by the side and steam was leaking out from there. Local spare part shop quoted me RM750 for the original denso radiator!!!! So expensive. It seems the radiator must be matched with the fan. If denso black fan, then denso radiator. If gold APM fan, then I guess APM radiator?

So the Jasma Aluminium radiator is good? Anyone using it for 1-2 yrs now and any problems/leaks/overheat?

btw, anyone here managed to insure their old iswara for less than 10k? i managed to insure 7k last year but this year i was told minimum sum insured is 10k..... if anyone got less than 10k, mind to share which insurance company? thanks.

almost 2 years using Jasma Radiator + Hi Speed 12 blade red fan + aluminum custom fan shroud... no heat/leak problem.

I read the jasma aluminium may need modification to fit in iswara standard mounting. Is that true? I'm planning DIY, so if it doesn't fit, susah a bit..

Need to grind off certain part (the radiator mounting hole) a bit... the fan u can use Forged racing fan and the aluminium fans shroud must be custom made.... (can pm me in fb)

it all happened when i changed my small sport light bulb....the new external fog lamp works for very long util recently i change 1 bulb....works ok after installed new bulb but after i power up the car again this happen.....how everytime i plug back the battery cable the car gone crazy itself..dunno how to stop it....gonna call technician....

i uninstalled the bulb adi...the problem is the car dunno where broke i think is wiring or electronic problem...the car totally unusable now...

The red button under the dashboard... push it along with putting your key in the ignition, then crank the car.

which button? u mean the one with the harazd thing? my car cannot even start and seems like battary low....everytime i plug the battry cable in the car turn crazy again....already disable (alarm speaker) to avoid neighbour complain...swt
