Try this http://www.meguiars.com.my/product/198

p/s - I have never personally used this but it seems to work according to the video demonstrations.

How to activate the central lock when just pressing the brek?
Have to do it at SC or outside accessory shop? How much will it cost us?
*
Try here http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=ST&f=113&t=2371140

It'll autolock when you reach certain speed though, not press break then lock.

Hi All, anyone with new FHC'12 went for the 2nd service (5000km)? What are the parts replacement and how much does it cost? What kind of engine oil used? Mine is due anytime now and appreciate your help. Thks.
*
You can check the service cost here. Parts to replace is probably the engine oil and oil filter. Please note they only give you mineral oil, if you want to change to semi-synthetic or fully-synthetic you need to let them know and need to top up a bit of money.

It's kinda expensive for me, definitely will foam my chassis with AutoFoam if I've got extra money to spend. Good stuff there.  brows.gif
Yea, Desmond quote me RM880 for the comfort package.. very tempting now after reading all the reviews. I still find the road noise is pretty annoying sometimes. Haha. I've been saving up for a new rim but I guess I'll go for this first.

I'm so heartache with the dents on my car...those kids throw stones...big one on my car...haiz...dents n paint chipped off...and the barbaric parents dun want pay...somemore told me...i got prove or not...got video or not...damn it...i caught their kids...

I got dent on mine to, and a small paint chipped with the size of a 5 cents coin. Don't know when or how or what happened, maybe some rock fell of a trailer or something..

Sad to hear that, hope you'll find some place to fix it up.

i thought that it will have more effect on rigidity while the road noise reduction is a secondary effect. Hence many did mention dont expect much on noise reduction. Do let us know your review hehe, me also kinda interested. Wanna make my ride more rigid and better when cornering during higher speeds. For now it wobbles all over when my speed is over 120km/h.
*
Correct, my other concern is the stability. Above 120 km/h with the stock tyre it will wobble like I'm on a sampan (well maybe not as bad but still..). It gets a bit better with a wider set of tyre which I'm using now (195/R50/16).

I just hope it won't make the ride very firm lah.. I find that the stock suspension is a bit firm compared to my previous ride.

Will do a short review once I get a chance to visit them. icon_rolleyes.gif

installed rear anti roll bars ? that helps alot  laugh.gif
*
No not yet, thanks for the suggestion but I'm looking to improve the NVH too so might as well opt for autofoam which is why I never considered to install anti-roll bars.

I still use steering lock just so that any potential thief will think twice before trying to steal my car after they saw the lock on the steering, I doubt it will stop them from stealing my car anyway.

Oh btw, I did the AutoFoam comfort package. Can feel the car a bit more solid and less body roll, but if you want to reduce the cabin noise, do a proper soundproof. The AutoFoam probably reduce the noise for a little bit but nothing significant that will make you say "Wow!".

How much does it cost for a proper soundproof and what does it offer?
*
From RM500 to well over RM3000. Really depends on how deep your pocket is. Haha.. I never did any soundproof so I can't comment on that, but pretty sure it reduce the wind/road/outside noise significantly depending on how much you spent on it.

I think if you can spend RM500 - RM1000 for soundproofing it should be enough for our ride. You can contact Desmond at http://autofoam.net/about/ for more information about this.

How much the poison was? Mind to PM me, bro? Interested in AutoFoam since months ago.  drool.gif
*
Did mine at RM880 i think, or was it RM980.. forgot. Haha. But don't expect it to do much if you're into soundproofing the ride. Better do a proper soundproof package instead. But can really feel the car more solid during cornering, and less 'sampan' feeling on highway.

That's true, please do invest in some additional security if you can afford it.

That is a very valid reason. Then again, here's the next question.

How much security is enough, it seems like everything can be foiled so easily.

Having a car also headache...
*
Nothing will ever be enough I think, if the thief already got their eye on your car then nothing will stop them from trying to steal it..
