yeah i agree too ... stil must fix and what are u expecting them to do? give you a new car? not possible ...

let them fix it, talk with them, say the car is crucial ... see if they compensate you monetary wise or provide you with a spare car to use while they are fixing, i know the chance are not much but try la ... no harm

Just renewed the the cars insurance today, what a big issue i went tru ...

Went to Berjaya Sompo and wanted to renew myself, everything went well and kau tim paid and all ... Then later the customer service called back and said do i want the Honda package, i said thats not included?

She said no, as i took the 10% discount, so i said iw ant it - so went back as she needs to swipe my card again ... half way there she called and said they cannot process, need to go back where i bought the car and use their agent ...

Blardy hell, so i went back to the agent and get it from them lo ... then wanted to pay by card, they said wanna charge 2.5% service charge, wtfffffffff seriously wtf ...

Malas to go bank withdraw, i ended up paying RM35 more and i paid in total RM1.5k with 45% NCD on RM80k sum insured ... with Rm1k for windscreen ...

u sure ar going back to sc? ur insurance cover how much?

my insurance is covered for 1.5k the last time

my back mirror got f***ed up by the tinting, so in the end claim insurance la, i wanted honda sc too, they charging 900 for the back one, and in the end went to this one in jln genting klang, the price quoted was 600 and since they can claim the insurance also i did it here

even though this is claim insurance i dont have to fork out money i doubt honda sc will assist in claiming insurance for it

the shop in genting klang will break the mirror and take pic and all and then replace it

if u intend to change the car again in the disance future, say 3-5 years time, then this is ok, as most says honda has resell value ...

but personally to me its not ... its just the brand only, i would now rather buy a kia forte 2.0

I have the sound issue on the dashboard as well - complained during the 5000km service, but was told to come back weekdays, as they dont do stuff like this on weekends, but issue here people where got time to go back weekdays ... well this lasted for some time till 25k km service, which is bout 8-9 months after having the car...

It took them 4 hours to do it, said they added foam to the dashboard or something ... i asked if they open the dashboard or not ... which is also an issue as if they open the dashboard an not fix it, they have to open it again the next time, which in turn will cause ur dashboard loose rite)

Welli took the car, tot everything cantik, drive out the SC, and the stupid sound came again ... malas edy, just went home ... turnon music louder only ...

Come last Monday, went there for 30k km, 1 year down the road, i told them i have the time, i will wait but i need the issue fixed..

waited for 3 hours and was asked to test drive, this Malay chap dude, damn friendly, and he mentioned all the City has this rattling noise issue caused by the air cond ducting that runs across the dashboard, he put in foam and tried to move it away from the dashboard ... and the sound is GONE ...

But i think give a week/month/year it will come back, given the road conditions, it will bump and grind its way back to the dashboard and that sound will eventually return

Just an FYI to everyone, the service charge to perform a check on the engine ECU unit when your engine light is on is RM127 ...

Thats what the SA told a CRV owner ...

bro, only need to change front ones, the back ones would rarely be used up till u change like 2-3 sets of the front ones

change outside, after market or performance ones would be bout the same price u change for the stock ones in sc
