They will change the aircond filter and also the fuel filter... fuel filter is the major bulk of the cost of this 40k service..

Added on October 11, 2011, 11:35 am

The height of the mentioned tyres will hit the fender when you turn fully... suggest you go for 205/50/16 to be safer... i been using 205/50/16 for the past 1 and half years or 35k mileage.. so far no hitting fender and much stable ride..

Added on October 11, 2011, 11:37 am

Suggest you bear with it till 1k mileage.. then complaint during your first service of all the problem you encounter during the first 1k driving...
*
bro, what bran u on? for the 205/50/16

My uncle owns a shop servicing aircond... basically you do not need to service your aircond unless there are problems with it. You can drive your car without servicing the aircond for years... no problem smile.gif
*
hahahaha people paranoid ma ... after have to clean the cooling coil ... die

i only install the filter, and sometimes go to my friends shop to top up gas and clean the radiator ...

QUOTE(aperfectx @ Nov 18 2011, 01:48 AM)
Just did my 1k service at Kah Motor (Puchong) on Wednesday.

Told them that
1) Wiper has black marks and is streaking
2) Front left door has rattling sound
3) Back seat has rattling sound

Sent it at 11am and got my car back at 3pm. When I collected the car I noticed black oil stains on my door. The first thing I did was to check the windshield wiper and was surprised that I could still see the streaks. I told them the problem is still there, but their excuse was that my windshield has oil which is causing the streaks, I accepted their reason.

When I drove home I realized that the rattling sound from the door and back seat is still there. The next day I sent my car for washing, only to find out that the wiper was still streaking and that I was lied to by Kah Motor (Puchong).

I am very disappointed.

When i got mine, after bout 10 days i sent it in for first 1k km check

i also informed that the wiper is streaking, and he says normal la, i said what normal, the car is less than a month old, therefore the wiper should be still good and not streaking, they said they will check, i saw from the observation area, they just wiped it clean(which i have already done) i cleaned it and wiped it with soap)

but still same shit ...

now 8 months down the road, still streaking - i bought those silicon solution to soften the rubber, u can get from eneos for bout RM16, which they also use to lube the power window channel and its better ...

Guys, not sure what happened but its either i kena bang or the bumper just got too hot under the sun and it warped. Though the possibilities of kena bang is slim as there is not a single mark ...

Anyone having this issue? the bumper just jut out like that after a day in the sun, whilst parked indoor ... i already pushed it in as best as possible before taking these pics ... its like a full 1cm jutting out ...

You may get a bottle of windshield washer fluid to re-fill. From what I read from the user manual, it's not recommend to fill with water.  tongue.gif

It's advised not to touch up those stone chips on hood/metal parts, because it will only look even worse, trust me.

For bumper, okay lah.  tongue.gif
