QUOTE(cockerish @ Jun 19 2011, 06:44 PM) just buy the focus! i just test driven the focus tdci hatch ( and was suprise when they told me got tdci sedan)....tested both the cars and immediately sign the pre-booking slip. waiting for loan to be approved n settle the booking/dp later. Its a fking amazing car! Now got 7K discount plus free tinting at the PJ (beside federal highway) branch.. The torque is mindblowing especially when in S mode btw while driving back home - i missed one question. what is the road tax for 2.0 Diesel car? i know 2.0 Petrol is about 400 or so..what about diesel? any idea? Cant compare d TDCi wit d older 2008 1.8/2.0. D turbo diesel's torque curve would easily eat d petrol burners in terms of throttle respond.

fiesta if cabin size doesn't matter...
if you are into cabin size, go for something else rather than Jazz....overpriced and not worth the pennies...

Any idea when is the new Ford Focus coming here? Refer to this link: http://www.ford.co.uk/Cars/Focus/OverviewAfter taking a look at the specs of the car (we're talking about features like Lane Departure Warning and Active Park Assist) that rivals even bigger BMW's and Mercs...I am very keen on the new Focus...lol

I asked the salesman this...very vague answer but he said in 2013 or 2014 they are expecting to release this.
One thign to note the price will be even more than what we have now due to all the feature

I just help my friend find his first practical car (budget 60k-80k), his list of choice now come as below: 1. Nissan Latio (New or used-RM60k+ ) 2. Honda Insight (New) - Maybe over budget 3. Proton Inspira (New) - Mitsubishi Lancer Clone. 4. Myvi Elegance (New) His most important criteria is very good fuel consumption & low maintainance (hopefully high resale value).
