Since i went for arsenal training session and match, let me share my experience.(i didnt spend any money on those) They open about 3 hours before the match.Players warm up and all. Those who wanna go 2pm try bring umbrella or at least hand fan. I can guarantee you its gonna be dam hot.I was sweating throughout coz it was hot.Mind you this was at night just now. Atmosphere was awesome but toilet flooded with water Food stall inside stadium prices total rip off.I suggest you guys eat nicely or in other words whack nicely before coming to bukit jalil. Normal chicken burger sold at RM3 and it wasnt even tasty.Same type of food everywhere nugget, chicken ball, ramli burger etc The crowd there didnt sing any song in the match.I hope this is not the case today and on saturday. At the very least learn YNWA. Also reminder dont bring or buy vuvuzelas there. It is irritating and spoils the atmosphere. As a liverpool fan i hope we do something special and different from others. ProEvents dont have the brains to play YNWA and Negaraku. But they can play all the latest hits I hope this is not the case tomorrow.Shame on them la if they allow this to happen again. It's raining now Hope SBJ wont be wet whether on the pitch or seats. All these days sunlight torching the surface, only now when liverpool playing must rain.FML No Kenny, gerrard, reina, johnson, henderson.Things really going against us liverpool fans in malaysia. Everyone here better pray it doesnt rain tomorrow.I will kill myself if it rains. Apparently someone brought gun to arsenal match on wednesday(security guard told at yesterday training) Maybe that person depressed arsenal never win anything for 6years and plan to shoot himself in the head

QUOTE(AngleR35 @ Jul 15 2011, 10:57 PM) yesterday i saw a stall selling the paint ball gun , lol This was real gun i think.Anway, you guy bargain with foodsellers when u buy food. Eg: I asked a lady how much burger. She said RM3.I replied Takpe la,mahal sangat and start walking away Then she shout 2.50 but i still continue to walk. Finally she said RM2. One of my friend got ngog autograph at courts cheras and he asked ngog to stay at liverpool and ngog replied no problem Still ok la.I would have scolded my friend if he said that to poulsen

We can brag Charlie Adam scored his first goal for liverpool against Malaysia in Malaysia I didnt like the vuvuzelas but it didnt matter after all as when the crowd sang ynwa everyone stopped what they were doing and sang along Agree with mkaz,YNWA at the end of the game was epic and i m sure it was as good as anfield if not louder

Although i want to see them again,I dont think they should return too soon. There should be some time before people yearn for liverpool again. Chelsea came in 2009 and coming again this year the sales are the poorest compared to us and arsenal. http://thekop.liverpoolfc.tv/_Official-blo...955/173471.html? Another must read for everyone.

QUOTE(led_zep_freak @ Jul 17 2011, 12:46 AM) It was a surreal experience, especially the final YNWA. Captured bits of that YNWA here: http://youtu.be/8vAF5dMURsg?hd=1Pardon the mobile phone quality though but you could almost feel the atmosphere. Great effort bro. Thanks alot for the video.Really appreciate it.You the man

QUOTE(LukeMjstc @ Jul 17 2011, 02:47 AM) Btw i sat beside a die hard family of Reds.... Each of them wore jerseys with different players name on the back... Awesome! Added on July 17, 2011, 2:51 amI saw the banner with GGMU banner beside it. What to do?Their life is like that.Best is to ignore them and also thank them for contributing money to our club by buying our tickets. Anyway our unsung hero is Ian Ayre who i believe brought liverpool to malaysia. An excerpt from his interview You worked in Malaysia before. How long were you here, what did you do, what are your fond memories of Malaysia, do you still have ties here and how did you end up as the managing director of LFC? Eric Wong, Puchong I lived in KL for almost 5 years. I was the chief operating officer for Total Sports Asia – a sports marketing business based in PJ. I have so many fond memories. I love the food from roti canai in the morning to curry laksa for lunch and to go to kopi shops and mamak stalls to watch EPL on Saturday nights! I particularly love the diversity of cultures living together and respecting each other, which is quite unique and makes Malaysia a very special place. I also met my girlfriend there, so I have to say I have fond memories of Malaysian girls too or I will be in trouble! I still own a condo in KL.
I ended up as the MD of LFC, I hope, through hard work and dedication. I left Total Sports Asia in early 2007 and wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I had experience running a small football club in the UK called Huddersfield Town, where I was the CEO and chairman in 2000. I had also worked in one of the biggest sports media companies in football. I knew I wanted to stay working in sports. One of those strange things – I got a call out of the blue from a “headhunter” representing LFC saying that the owners of LFC wanted to talk to me about the job as Commercial Director. I joined the club in summer 2007 and then set about building up the club’s commercial revenues, which I am pleased to say grew by over 90% in that period.
Then more recently, when Fenway Sports Group acquired the club, they set about looking for a new person to run it. I asked to be considered and was ultimately chosen. As someone who grew up around Anfield and having been a fan all my life, it is a great honour and the ultimate business challenge. Essentially, I got my dream job! This post has been edited by Rotuham: Jul 17 2011, 03:42 AM

QUOTE(zickey @ Jul 17 2011, 04:13 AM) just want to share my experience, left from my home in banting at 1.30pm. thought of wanna have a lunch first at endah parade and then walking to stadium. Bukit jalil is about 50km from my house.. After I passed about 5km MEX highway Putrajaya toll, I just realized I left my match tickets at home (which I kept in drawer since one month ago), there's no u-turn at the highway, nearest exit is Bukit Jalil. Do or die I have to U-turn back home collect my tickets =( fuel, toll fares and time wasted. Not too bad I've made it to Bkt Jalil at 3pm.. tapau McD from Endah Parade and having it while walking to stadium.. Pheww but it's all worth it to sing along YNWA with 90k others in the stadium. I also left my match ticket at home I only remembered when my friend showed me his ticket.Luckily we only went to pick a friend nearby so could return to take it.
