@Alex : if u dun understand by what i mean.. i've attached the original photo.. if u can look closely n slowly.. u can see what i mean.. its like the 1mm part deep.. my meaning is 'chim' go in.. then come back to the starting point of normal.. the bunga is normal height.. then reach almost to the end of the thread.. will chim go in 1mm.. my old maxxis diamond rear also got this case.. but i don feel anything la.. =) icon_rolleyes.gif

If you remember I mention double charging of fuel due to stock manifold restriction? If this is what's happening and causes misfire, I think you need to richen the pilot jetting a bit.

bro, mine is bigger manifold misfire

i think yours,maybe the pin or pilot wear out so x enuf fuel so misfire....haha

1)Palia K&N air filter..(Performance air filter)
2)Racing boy plug cable
3)Ngk-G-power
4)Rebore carburator with mainjet 105
5) Little bit of guts...
@Thainz...Lolx...I really scare my engine jam and makes me spend thousands to repair it..>.< Sry...my balls r small...Except my engine needs overhaul and i'll play with fz blocks...Lolx..the "kecil" hear about me overhaul then put block sohai already...My means is after engine spolied and i'll overhaul then baru install a fz block....XD

@NewGuy : my pipe is direct flow.. and my manifold is big.. at the curve part same size.. but reach almost middle.. slightly bigger d.. i think one of the reason why can cause misfire.. LOL.. last time bizzy rev my bike.. he told me too lean.. LOL.. then now i put back air filter.. still got misfire.. since i making it not too lean.. LOL.. but i did have some fishy feeling.. after i put air filter.. my bike seems like 'lao hong' a bit more.. last time use without air filter.. don feel so much..

@Shyan : mayb i din change plug coil.. could not have been that much of a difference eh..LOL.. ur palia K&N how much..? LOL.. but most of ur hp comes from the combination of rebore carb and palia K&N

If u guys got engine overheat, storm got recommend high performance coolant, this is also 1 solution if using big big block besides making the fan run continuously. thianz if u need can ask them....

Yeap..And also the pipe...But since u had the pipe..So the rest is the performance air filter and plug cable...Lolx...The performance air filter is about 30+- below 40+-..Cutting like K&N but inside is normal hard dry type air filter..

bro, i think some where not right, u better follow alexei advise go rejet or check plug or c your ignition...

I think Aaron your bike is time for full service, or at least the engine head.

Engine overheat & jam (ceasing) is more caused by compression ratio and new piston ring not wear in properly.
Please don't make the fan run all the time if your bike does not have problem.
