Still waiting for completion =(
but so far they still reimburse the bank interest (DIBS).
I wonder those who signed S&P in 2011 will they compensate liquidated damage of 10%p.a for 3 years? =.=""

The July 2017 DIBS has been delayed for 2 months to end of August or early September due to lack of manpower in finance department?!? Has anyone else received this news?

Did you still receive the DIBS reimbursement? We didn't receive since July claim for Apr-Jun payment sad.gif
Anyone facing the same problem? I did ask about this. Their reply is their cash flow got strained by the delay of CF. ohmy.gif

This is probably the worst investment ever made. Never again buy from this developer. I don't understand why is it taking so long when the structure is ready and all the developer needs to do is to complete the remaining. Time is saved on piling and foundation yet delay. My friend who bought UOA project (directly opposite) has competed much faster than this project. Seriously OMG.

the hotel seems to be stuck at 90-95% since mid-2016? something is not quite right with what the developer is telling the purchasers.. no DIBS for the hotel since July 2017 and been told tower D has received CCC in Nov 2017 but the tenant is not paying the GRR.. so not only they breach DIBS but also after getting VP they will breach Tenancy Agreement and most likely they will also breach to pay late payment interest under the SPA..

and for the retail units, the works are stuck at 85% but at least the developer is still paying the DIBS there

During the construction period of Tower D and E, Twin Pavilion Development has some internal dispute between the directors, hence the delay of the construction. After the court case, everything will be back to normal and Tower F will soon be developed

Anyone has latest update on Bangsar Trade Centre.
I am one of the buyer for the retail unit.
Been more than a year since last I received the DIBS claim.

They are avoiding my call and giving me lots of reasons.
Please let me know if legal action has been taken so that I can join in too. TQ
