After 2 years, latest 3 months psf price for Bangsar South and Midvalley.

Stick to the lrt together. Strata mall also no choice, now eve where shopping mall. Interested to know who do the master plan for kLang valley. Can't see any foreign investment, foreign high tech factories, but our own internal development only. Sign of Lost decade of Malaysia?

Govt nvr say stop building malls so jus build more la. avoid buying near potential fail malls!

I think mus keep bringing in good shared service, education hub, manufacturing n services will do well naturally! Msia local economy is very strong whr msians shop, makan etc very much higher than other countries drool.gif
