After 2 years, latest 3 months psf price for Bangsar South and Midvalley. 763 769 720 949 935 930 ==== 844 ==== 844 * 1.3 = 1097 psf and ( 3 + 2 year with 6.5% GRR lease back to Best western hotel) |
