The July 2017 DIBS has been delayed for 2 months to end of August or early September due to lack of manpower in finance department?!? Has anyone else received this news?

the hotel seems to be stuck at 90-95% since mid-2016? something is not quite right with what the developer is telling the purchasers.. no DIBS for the hotel since July 2017 and been told tower D has received CCC in Nov 2017 but the tenant is not paying the GRR.. so not only they breach DIBS but also after getting VP they will breach Tenancy Agreement and most likely they will also breach to pay late payment interest under the SPA..

and for the retail units, the works are stuck at 85% but at least the developer is still paying the DIBS there
