delay is for sure one when come to buy car...
my case also delay almost 2week from the promise date..
but why your car already sold to other buyer??

Maybe ppl will be reluctant coz bigger rims will be nicer coz got more bling2..... But downsizing the rims might improve fc la... I think pick-up is unfelt coz the diameter different is too small... (1 inch)... Maybe if u downsize to 15 inch there will be different but then ppl will laugh.....

At first I oso think that 235 is too wide for this car, but the thinking that it's quite a tall car + big, downsizing to smallerr width might sacrifice the stability.... Safety first yo!!

I've only booked mine early this month and was told that the waiting period is 2 months.
But last few days my SA told me the cars already at Port Klang, waiting for AP...

Wondering whether he bluffed or not

I c.. I booked mine in KL..
Previously when I made the booking, I asked him by any chance can get earlier before 2 mths...
He firmly said "NO"...

But last few days, he changed his tunes and aksing me to prepare for the downpayment....
But as long the AP is still not approved, nothing much he can do right to get the car come out from Port Klang faster?

booked it before raya...then was told that after raya will get it but after raya the SA told me that now cannot get n have to wait for 3-4mths....so as usual i made alot of noise and spoke to alot of ppl n manage to 'steal' one from the port n register it within 1 week

all sorts of noise bro....because from what i understand if you launch a new model u need to be able to cope up with the demand...but of corz im not saying that u ask today must get today...plus SA needs to keep up to their words when confirming the deal...in my case i was told that i have to wait since i requested before raya...they say now going to raya so will be slow so SA promise me after raya within a week i will get...then after raya again SA told me 'now after raya so ppl still on leave so abit slow...' when i heard that from SA i made sure the branch manager get a piece of my mind...plus SA oso kena la... how they manage to get my unit out fast i am not sure but if i got it after making a scene there then im sure others also can do it....and dont forget to compensate all ur waiting time with the freebies that you can demand...unfortunately sportage dont have much accessories yet but wat the heck....

for ur case bro go there and speak to higher position ppl who can give u answers and not SA who are also in the dark...

The car is already at Port Klang, but the AP allocation is the issue.
That's what my SA has been telling me.... no matter how many times I call him enquiring about the car
So now just play the waiting game lor.....

Someone posted in KIA FB page that the delivery of his Sportage is delayed as his SA told him that Naza transferred some of the APs for KIA to their upcoming release of the new Peugeot and Ferrari...

Did any of your SA told the same thing?
My SA only mentioned no AP, but no reason was given.

Mine initially informed 2 mths when I paid the 1k deposit, ended up almost 4 mths...
Was told that for white colour booking period are longer, maybe u have to wait for 5 mths
