THERE IS NO NEED to upgrade to 5.0.1 to save the 5.0.1 SHSH. All you need is to download TinyUmbrella and press Save SHSH. Apple is still signing 5.0.1 and 5.1b1 and TinyUmbrella will be able to save the SHSH.

Again, no need to update to 5.0.1 to save the SHSH.

Maybe I see the Jailbreak for version 4.3.5 is for iPhone 4, possible ?

gladly to announce i have downgrade back to 4.3.3 my ipad 2 GSM using iPad2,2_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.bbupdate it is customed firmware for GSM type.. for those who have updated to 5.0.1 with new baseband 4.11.08 can turn back to 4.3.3 if u have the SHSH.. PEACE! XD.. and it have been jailbreak.. XD.. anyone play street fighter 4? add me yall..

google iPad2,2_4.3.3_8J2_Restore.bbupdate for the custome firmware i download it from hotfile. follow the normal procedure for downgrade from redmonpie or any webby..

where to get shsh isit the file 6kb only?
i delted tiny umbrella but i remember saving my SHSH i got 3 SHSH

Added on December 19, 2011, 7:29 pmLucky i got my SHSH saved before i update to iOS 5.0 whew.. now downloading 4.3.3

The TinyPWN program by Semaphore allows you to be on 4.3.3 firmware (for the 3G iPad) BUT it will be on 5.0.1 baseband (that's why it creates a custom firmware for 4.3.3 with a baseband update). Since ALL iPad 2 are factory unlocked, there is no issue for updating the baseband (unlike the iPhones)

u use tinycfw? if it take forever forget it.. i do last night w8 for 5hrs.. nothing hapen.. then got fed up i search the bbupdate file.. and lucky got ppl upload it in net.. better this way.. i'll put mine in megaupload.. so can share together gether... XD

is it correct that the 1st thing to do when i bought the iPad2 is SAVE THE SHSH ?
Nothing else to do.
So later can decide do JB or not also can.

How if upgraded to new version iOS, is it necessary to SAVE THE SHSH one more time too ?

Save all your SHSH whenever apple comes out with a new firmware. I usually save it locally and will always back it up to either my Gmail or Skydrive. The SHSH is only 6-7 Kb in size
