Regardless of whether Samsung's devices imitate Apple's stuff or not, I think Apple's gonna drag the court case or push for some kind of monetary settlement with Samsung especially after recently giving in to Nokia's legal suit on some GSM tech or other.
IMHO, Samsung is probably the first phone/tablet/mediaplayer maker to seriously bring the fight to Apple. iOS or not, there will be ample space for Android to grow.. BTW, I am no SamFag ha ha. Will consider an iPhone5 if it runs CM7/CM8 |
