looks like putting more air into intake manifold, which basically means making it running more lean. if running lean of coz will give better acceleration and mileage but will damage the engine in long run.

if say swirling how a small force of air can swirl the strong force of air coming from TB. it's like trying to make turbulence from your mouth air to 16" fan air.

but then again, i don't have degree in physics or engineering so my words doesn't really have weight. whistling.gif

I choose K & N.

What ever Cyclone, Tornado, Hurricane, Air Swirler, Air Booster will not improve performance unless it is actually a real supercharger or turbocharger.

I choose Cold Air intake. Remain stock filter. Stock filter will flow more than enough air for your engine. Besides that, a full exhaust system revamp.

Any introduction of external air will be compensated by the ECU. More air, more fuel.

Besides Myvi is quite nimble during acceleration, what more can you do? A 1.3l will still have the same power, no matter what you do.

cold air intake~

in simple words, u route an additional piping to suck in cold airflow outside ur car thru ur air filter then goes to TB, instead of stock routing which takes hot air inside ur engine compartment

k&n alone will not help
u need more torque and higher displacement

easier alternative... lightened crankpulley might help...

IMHO, never go for LCP. I've heard more sob stories from Myvi owners after changing to LCP.

Change to a better grade engine oil, and ATF oil.

Basic maintainance is usually the best way to go. And honestly, you can't expect much from a 1.3 litre engine. Unless you turbocharge it for low boost.

Surprisingly, almost the same as original. Even the filter material.

Just the printed wording gave it away, and the gasket they use for the adaptor.

SVDO engine mmg kenot use open pod one. Lose torque, lose HP. Drop in still the best.
