IMHO, never go for LCP. I've heard more sob stories from Myvi owners after changing to LCP.

Change to a better grade engine oil, and ATF oil.

Basic maintainance is usually the best way to go. And honestly, you can't expect much from a 1.3 litre engine. Unless you turbocharge it for low boost.

Surprisingly, almost the same as original. Even the filter material.

Just the printed wording gave it away, and the gasket they use for the adaptor.

SVDO engine mmg kenot use open pod one. Lose torque, lose HP. Drop in still the best.

i using apexi.. maybe mine is original.. i buy it from halfcut..
good acceleration and good top end.. nice filtration comparing to HKS open pod.. filteration is like shit.. can see a stone/dust at ur intake pipe..
i using 4g91 injection anyway.. and make sure do not let the intake to suck the air from your hot radiator.. =P

Usually original or not, same thing, its just the filter material that might differ, but not much.

MAF sensor engine seems to be able to use open pod with better results as compared to MAP sensor engines.

I may be wrong, just my observation.

i think it depends on how ur set ur engine.. ur engine is VDO or MMC?
most of my friends using 4g1x.. used open pod.. and still used it until now.. smile.gif
